Witch Hat Cookies
These are simple and adorable and TASTY, would make a good classroom or work treat and you come out looking like crafty sally with just a few minutes of work.
Supplies:
Hershey's kisses, unwrapped (you can buy them this way in the baking aisle now, or just do it yourself - but make sure you get them completely naked - foil is not tasty.
chocolate dipped or topped cookies - the original place I saw this used fudge stripe, but I think they look too big and throw off the proportions. I prefer the Keebler knock offs of girl scout cookies - they have grasshoppers (essentially thin mints), a peanut butter patty cookie, and a caramel patty cookie that are all great.
frosting in a piping bag with a small round tip - of a coordinating color.
use a small dab of frosting to secure the kiss to the cookie, and then pipe a simple band & bow for contrast & to cover up the seam. Voila!
