I think this is one of the mass produced costumes that will be coming out this year, it's from the Bettie Page licensed line - not exactly a mermaid, but definitely sea worthy. I think it's a smart and classy take on a fish - an evening gown is easy enough to walk in, and if the side fins really hang that nicely (I'm skeptical - I can see them being really wilted and unidentifiable). I've always been partial to silver, and retro glam, so I think this is pretty fun. From what I can tell its not out yet, but I'd guess the online costume shops will be gearing up again soon. Just google "bettie paige mermaid costume" and you should find it on a retail site.
